This place is amazing! During my first visit, I highly recommend it to anyone in search of facial or body treatments. Thai was incredibly friendly and laid-back, something that is very important to me as a client, to ensure that I feel comfortable and interacted with in a casual and welcoming manner, devoid of any discomfort or hostility that unfortunately I have encountered in similar establishments where staff seemed unhappy or took their frustrations out on customers, or even acted rudely. My only recommendation is to include deposit details in the final bill to prevent any confusion regarding the total cost of the services. It might not be confusing for everyone, but personally, I prefer having all the information in one invoice! It's not about suspecting overcharging, but rather about having a clear understanding of the service prices so I can recommend the place to others confidently! Overall, I’m going to keep coming and definitely looking into their memberships. This is the spot to go to especially recommending Thai! The best!

I had the BEST experience with Shay at Fond & Fay! From the second I walked in, I was instantly relaxed. My treatment for the day was a facial, and it was by far the best I’ve ever gotten.
