A non-refundable 25% deposit is due at the time of booking your service(s). To hold your appointment time we require a card on file at a minimum of 24 hours prior to your appointment.
To book a consultation, a required non-refundable $40.00 deposit is due to schedule your appointment. This deposit can later be used toward your treatments.
If you cannot make your appointment, please let us know 24 hours prior to your appointment time.
If you are unable to cancel or reschedule 24 hours prior, you will forego your $40.00 non-refundable deposit.

Fond & Faye’s operating days are Tuesday – Saturday.
Unfortunately at this time, we do not have a handicap-accessible facility due to stairs in our building.
The name Fond & Faye is derived from the names of our two fabulous creators.
As well as our owner Shanece’s Grandmother Faye, who is a great inspiration and owned her own spa for 40 years.
Inspired by powerful and strong women, Fond & Faye’s name means kindness and faith. With every interaction, we wish to bring our clients kindness and confidence.
The duration of your appointment varies depending on the service(s) you booked. Be sure to ask your specialist.
Your appointment may be rescheduled 24 hours before your treatment.

We will not honor vouchers purchased through Groupon from our current in spa clients, however, we will honor any discount viewed a singular time, as well as one gifted voucher.

We accept cash, debit, credit, Apple Pay, Google Pay, AfterPay, Fond & Faye Gift Cards and Spa & Wellness Gift Cards by SpaWeek, SpaFinder Gift Cards, ClassPass.
We accept all major debit and credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.
These are the only forms of payment we can accept.
We do not accept alternate payments such as checks, direct deposits, Zelle, Medical insurance cards, or Government assistance payments.
We currently do not have an ATM on location. One is conveniently located next door.
There is a parking garage across the street Kip Ave Parking Garage and street meter parking.
Fond & Faye is happy to serve men and women over the age of 18 (if not over 18 parental consent is required). We specialize in services for men. Book our Men’s Rejuvenate and Tone Wrap!
Comfortable and loose fitting clothing are recommended.
Fond & Faye will provide you with disposable undergarments as well as slippers, headbands for Facial Experiences, and a comfortable robe.

You are welcome to take your own photos in our full length mirrors provided in each room.
However we will show you the images taken, but we do not send the photos taken in spa as these are used to create Before & After images if we are given permission.
Through manual lymphatic drainage, we not only help detoxify toxic build-up, water waste, and tissue waste, but we also improve the look and feel of your body and skin!
By applying and releasing pressure to the lymph nodes in strategic massaging techniques, we are able to improve circulation, collagen production, connective tissue health, metabolism, and dry dehydrated skin. All while aiding in the loss of inches for more contoured, toned, and defined body results!
Post-surgical care is a must. Our Manual Lymphatic Drainage Massage is designed for post-surgical care like liposuction and BBL and for clients looking to boost their immune health, circulation, detox, metabolism, and get rid of fatty bulges and unwanted water weight.
Manual Lymphatic Drainage Massage is incorporated in all Fond & Faye Face & Body Treatments.
Bruising and redness typically subsides 48 to 72 hours after treatment.
Although for some clients they will experience bruising that may last longer.

All clients have different types of sensations during their treatment.
For Treatments like our Non-Invasive Lipo Laser or Silhouette Cupping we have the ability to change the intensity if it is causing discomfort to meet each clients preference.
If you are unsure what Facial is best to match your needs, feel free to give us a call to discuss which Facial best suits you!
Clients can combine many of our treatments such as Cavitation, Radiofrequency, Non-Invasive Lipo Laser, Topical Light Infusions, and more!
Certain Treatments however are unable to be combined like our Facials, Silhouette Cupping: Butt Enhancement & Thigh Slimming Treatment with our Sauna.
If you are unsure if you are able to combine treatments, please feel free to ask your specialist.
Clients cannot have multiple treatments like our Non-Invasive Lipo Laser, Cavitation or Silhouette Cupping to the same area of the body in one visit, although they can treat various areas in one visit.
We also do not allow our Sauna to be combined with our Silhouette Cupping: Butt Enhancement & Thigh Slimming Treatment as well as our Facials with our Sauna.
However we do have the ability to combine multiple different Treatments in one visit. Such as our Lightwave LED Treatments alongside our Non-invasive Lipo Laser, Cavitation, Radiofrequency and Facials.
If you are unsure if you are able to combine treatments please feel free to ask your specialist.
For optimum maintenance for all Fond & Faye Treatments we recommend coming in between 4 to 8 weeks of Treatments for maintenance.
We recommend waiting till the day after your treatment to workout. Although you may workout prior to your treatment that day.
Though we do not recommend tanning. It is okay to go tanning after receiving a Silhouette Cupping Treatment or Non-Invasive Lipo Laser Treatments. Whereas it is NOT safe to go tanning after receiving a Lightwave, Sauna, Cavitation/Radiofrequency or Body Wrap Treatment.
